Etrading1 Direct Limited Delivery charges calculated on the website are for most of the England and Wales and some parts of Scotland. But there are extra charges payable for Scotland, Northern Ireland and other remote areas including Channel Island and other Island of UK.

Sometime we can offer next day service and specific day delivery, but there is an extra charge of £15 to £25. Please ask. Some of the products are available for collection from Birmingham area, if you would like to collect please contact us with your name address and phone number.
If you are living local, and would like to ask for discount on shipping rate, please contact us with your post code and product detail and we will do our best to offer some discount if possible.
Delivery times vary with each product. If you have a specific delivery time frame, please contact us prior to ordering with the stock number of the items, finish, and quantity you are interested in. We will do our best to expedite your order, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery day. In stock items can ship out in as little 3-7 working days, out of stock item can take longer. Once your order is shipped general transit time is 3-7 working days.
Delivery Notification & other Conditions:
On all Pallet freight and deliveries, you will be contacted via Email or telephone when your order ships. Courier/Haulier will contact you to arrange delivery. You will be able to schedule a day: Monday – Friday, and receive morning or evening time window, but sometime couriers are not able to confirm the exact time.
Small items which are not sent on pallet are not booked and they attempt to deliver couple of times.
Your furniture will be delivered “curbside”. You will need to be home to accept delivery of your merchandise. The Pallet freight company will not be responsible for unpacking or bringing the merchandise into your home.
The Pallet Delivery company will deliver a shrink wrapped pallet, the delivery will be made with one driver, he will be able to unload the pallet from the truck using a lift gate, he will NOT be responsible for bringing the pallet inside or unpacking, although sometimes they may help if requested.
If you are working and nobody is available at home, please contact us after your purchase and we can give you details of the shipper so you can arrange suitable time and there is no chance of missing.
NOTE: If no one is home when delivery is attempted, you will incur a minimum redelivery charge of £35.00 per order. Please make sure you contact the shipper and arrange for someone to be home to receive the order.
If your home is not accessible by delivery truck, we may have to transport your merchandise to the nearest accessible point and it will be your responsibility to provide pick-up and transportation to your home.
In some cases, remote delivery charges may apply.
When your delivery arrives:
Your items will arrive on a wooden pallet, approximate pallet sizes: dining set: 48x85x58H, You may have to open cartons, to look for transit damage, sometimes the driver is unable to wait for you to inspect your goods , please note on proof of delivery: Driver is unable to wait for full inspection, no seen damage. Please do not sign Proof of delivery until you are reasonable sure the goods have been delivered in good condition. If you should discover damage, and it is acceptable/fixable please note it on Proof of delivery receipt and accept delivery. If damage is unacceptable please refuse and notify us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org. You must sign the Receipt noting any damages. Although damage claims are rare, they can happen. Your order is fully insured against freight damage, however it must be noted on the Receipt. A signed receipt without any notes of damaged is considered received in perfect condition.
We accept all major debit and credit cards and you can pay with paypal. If you would like to post a cheque or bank transfer please contact us for this.
Cancellation and Return Policy:
After your order has been placed you have 24 hours to cancel without incurring any penalties. Orders canceled after the 24-hour mark will be subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee. Orders that are refused at time of delivery will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee and shipping charges.
We DO NOT offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee." If you wish to return delivered merchandise, contact us for authorization. You will need to repack merchandise with care, as return freight damage will be chargeable to you. All returned merchandise would be subject to a 10% restocking fee as well as return shipping charges.
You have seven (7) days to contact us and receive authorization of return, returns will not be allowed after the seventh (7th) day. Once we have received the returned merchandise and inspected it we will then issue your credit. A credit will only be made to the original account number we have on file.
